The beginning
Since its inception in 1987, Modern Group has evolved from manufacturing ceiling fans to becoming a pioneer in the entertainment and amusement industry. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Ankur Maheshwary, Modern Group has rapidly grown into one of the most dynamic forces in the industry. IAAPI has appointed him as Chairman for the 2025-26 term, entrusting him with the responsibility of steering the Indian amusement sector to greater heights.

With presence in over 25 cities, Masti Zone centers are vibrant hubs of family entertainment. These centers feature a wide array of attractions including Snow Parks, Bowling Alleys, Bumper Cars, Drop Towers, 7D Theaters, VR experience and much more.
2. Modern Techno Projects Pvt. Ltd.
From compact 16-Seater 7D Theater to the massive 144-seater installation our theaters continue to deliver immersive experience with proven reliability. Modern 72 Seater Theater is working successfully at War Memorial, Amritsar since October, 2016.
3. Modern Amusement Equipment Pvt. Ltd.
With a clear focus on global standards and export potential, our manufacturing facility has been upgraded to a sprawling 100,000 sq. ft. unit. The addition of state-of-the art Laser Cutting and CNC Bending Machines has significantly enhanced the precision, finish and aesthetic appeal of our equipment.
